Hello, Robert:

Thanks for the advice. What I meant was that I ONLY connect the 
frequency counter to the 200X jack so I can measure the frequency 
more accurately. I use the XMULT jack to connect to the DUT.

Of course, OTH, the leakage I am hearing in the receivers is 
probably coming from the poorly shielded cable between the 200X 
jack and the frequency counter.
