[Milsurplus] Cleaning roller inductors

There is a dip silver cleaner that contains acidified thiourea that works well.
It has various brand names and will not remove silver plating.  Light rubbing
with a tissue or toothbrush might be necessary. Be very sure to wash any off
everything, especially unglazed ceramic, and let the water dry off very
thoroughly before applying voltage to avoid arcs.
