[Milsurplus] WTB: ART-13

Hi All:

I'm looking for an ART-13 xmtr.  I don't want a collector piece, just a
user.  It must be complete and unmodified; in particular it must have the
original connectors.  I plan to run it from a dynamotor, so an AC power
supply isn't wanted.  I'd like a radio that I can pick up in NJ, PA,
southwestern CT, southern NY state, MD areas; I don't want to take the risk
of damage in shipment.
