[Milsurplus] Translation help?

Hi all

Can anyone do a translation for me?

I have the control head for a Russian R-800 VHF set, although the language on the box may be
Polish or some other former Warsaw Pact country.

Just wondering what the following legends mean:

ZWOLN     this is a push button on the end of the box

Toggle switch on face of box has the legends

APK      and      UPNEM      Note, the U is upside down,  and the N is backwards from
                                                an English N.  This is as close as I could get with
an English ASCII
                                                set.
