Hi to all friends,
                  I'm searching for a simple device for discharge NiCd 
Battery Pack 16 Volts 5 Ah and 28 Volts 2.2 Ah. I think to a resistor, some 
of you has any suggestion about TYPE, VALUE in OHM, and VALUE in WATTS?
