Another strange question:

Say you have a SCR-193 station. The transmitter is transmitting 100 W AM on
80 meters, into
a short field antenna ( that is, voltage feed, short, reactive)

Ten feet away you have another SCR-193 station, with a separate wire
antenna. Its transmitter is
idle.
Its BC-344 receiver is tuned to some broadcast band station. Will the RF
from the other transmitter
block this receiver?
Its BC-342 receiver is tuned to some bc station in the 6 MHz range. Will the
RF from the other
transmitter wipe it out?
I am wondering how sensitive or impervious these type receivers were to
nearby RF fields.
