[Milsurplus] PRC-47 oscillator module question

Hello. Recently I acquired an O-1032 oscillator module from the
PRC-47 with the thought of using it as a cheap frequency reference on
my bench. What appeared to be red sand was falling out of the
openings of the housing. Upon opening it completely, a lot of the
stuff came out! Then I thought, could it have been the remains of
some type of insulation for the TCXO board? I noticed that the board
itself seemed to have no mounting holes and was merely supported by
its wires, as if perhaps it was once surrounded by foam. Can anyone
confirm whether the TCXO board was actually mounted this way? Also,
can anyone please provide a schematic of this module?

BTW, an interesting paper about frequency standards written by Marvin
Frerking, the well-known expert in oscillator design, which mentions
this PRC-47 TCXO can be found at

Tnx & 73,
