Yes, that's a CU-25/ART-13 external PA tank circuit for 200 to 600 kc =
operation of the T-47/ART-13.  I think the CU-25/ART-13 was late WWII =
vintage (I'll have to see if there's an MFP date on mine).  It was not =
an HF antenna tuner, so it was a *lot* different from the post-war 180L =
and CU-351/AR types of HF wire-to-50-ohm-coax tuners used with 618S and =
AN/ARC-38 sets.  Notice that the T-47 has the O-16/ART-13 200 to 1500 kc =
LF oscillator installed.

I think it is unlikely that this is a USAAF or USAF aircraft.  I believe =
the USAAF AN/ARC-8 installations generally used the much larger =
CU-32/ART-13A LF external PA tank circuit, and the O-17/ART-13A for 200 =
to 600 kc operation.
