[Milsurplus] Hammarlund Antenna?

Dave,

Database says that the BC-1269-A covers 145-600 MC FM and was replaced by 
(renamed?) the R-593/GRR.  But that's all I have on it and nothing on the 
RC-281 itself.  Wasn't "MPD" Fort Monmouth itself?
