Hi Mike, Dave and the list,

I found the following specific information on the RC-281.

RC-281 Antenna equipment, consists of 2 center-fed biconical antennas,
mounting assembly (mast, etc) & RF transmission line; includes AN-169
(300-600 MHz)  & AN-170 (145-300 MHz) antennas; used with BC-1269-(A) &
R-593/GRR receivers, which cover just those frequency ranges.

As for the steaks, be sure not to undercook them - better safe than sorry.
