[Milsurplus] Identify UHF antenna?

I have this antenna, plain aluminum, unpainted, 22 inches long,
driven folded dipole is 10" wide x 2 " tall; folded dipole top goes
right thru boom, not insulated from it; lower elements of folded 
dipole terminate in threads to attach leadin; has one reflector,
3 directors; boom is 5/8" with 1/4" hole midway on it for 
mounting.  Unless my simple math is mistaken, the 10" element
means around 600 MHz. Is this some kinda military or test equip-
ment antenna, or maybe just a UHF TV antenna?
