Here's the hot ticket:  Grind the rivets from the rear just enough to remove
the tag, then carefully set aside.  After you are through with the body
work, push the old rivets and tag back, and glue the 4 rivets (on the rear)
with high strength 2 part epoxy.  Liquid Steeel works OK for this, only need
4 small dabs. Not good for structural repair, but works great for small
cosmetic things.  Otherwisee, all of these rivets are common, and can be
bought from rivet suppliers (try McMaster Carr or other industrial house, or
local aircraft mechanic).  But - not reallyworth the effort IMHO.
