[Help - trapped in surplus store]

Never heard of one but there in a 6-47 Radio & TV News was a kit selling
on the site of what became the WTC.

Figure it was a "kit" since dealer bought some unbuilt surplus.

Only Lucy & spy-radio Google finds is a spy named Roesser(?) who had that
code name.
