Robert,

Like the ones for the BC-221, they are all matched to the individual freq 
meter (by serial number).  I suppose that with current day freq counters, it 
wouldn't be that difficult to calibrate one, but although I've seen/have several 
blank cal books for the BC-221, I don't think I've ever come across a blank LM 
one.
