[Milsurplus] AN/GRC9's manufacturer.

The AN/GRC-9 was manufactured by several contractors in the US
I have 2 GRC-9's: one was manufactured by Avco and the other by Maxwell. I
also had a GRC-9 made by Rauland.  I also know that Telefunken manufactured
them in Germany for NATO.  GRC-9's were manufactured in the former
Yugoslavia too.
They were made by other manufacturers also, and if there are some GRC-9
owners on the list, they can look at the radios and come up with more
contractor names.
