[Milsurplus] ID Help - short rod antenna

Have several short rod antennas.  Tapered steel spike 5/16" dia. at bottom, 
about 12" LOA.  Spike retained in aluminum base with single slotted set screw.  
Base is shouldered with fiber bushing and flat washers for 3/4" hole.  Short 
single wire lead attaches to bottom of base with machine screw.  Retaining nut 
is self-locking fiber type (not nylon).  No discernable markings.
