[Milsurplus] apx iff parts info request

Those items were associated with the IFF features of that secondary radar 
system, they were classified back than and may still be, as you know IFF is 
still in existance. My limited experience with the AN/FYQ-47 and UPX-14 
(years ago) is the basis for this suggestion.
