On my 1990 Cadillac Fleetwood, FWD, accessories (Power windows too) stay on
for about 10 minutes or until the door is opened. Climate control does go
off with key. On my 2001 Oldsmobile, it works the same as the Cad normally,
but there are options that can be programmed by the user, such as shut off
all with the key. On my Daughters 2003 Cavilier (Chevy), she has the 10
minute delay also, but it is NOT programmable. GM does this with a "Body
Control Module" (Computer).
