[Milsurplus] value FM-41, PE-103 ??

I've bought a few PE-103's in the last few years at hamfests (spares for my
BC-654A's) ranging from $15 to $40.
On the other hand, the FM-41 frame came to me as part of my complete SCR-284
setup, so I have no idea how much it's worth by itself. As far as I know,
it's an item which is hard to find.
