[Milsurplus] Two B-Cs

The one thing that I don't understand is why these IFF manuals *never* 
list the boxes, chests, canvas, and accessories. They all have CH- and 
BG- numbers, and the pictures in the books show the things, but they 
never get listed by type number!

I have quite a few of the boxes that I know are for the 'Belmont" IFF 
sets, but the only references I have are thru he Chesson/Downs lists.
