[Milsurplus] OT: Trojan Help

Computer Guys:
I have an obvious trojan on my system.  
Win98.  All the latest security updates.
Even when my system is "desktop" with all inet stuff off,
it keeps pinging my DSL connection about once a second.
The latest Norton update,
Ad-Aware 6, Trojan scan etc. don't find it.  
Nothing unusual in my RUN folders in the registry.
Nothing unusual in the "alt-ctl-del" window.

Is there a utility somewhere that can show me what 
the heck program is running this ping, so I can kill it?? 
Please reply off the list if you can help.
