[Milsurplus] What era is a ME-61/GRC Field Strength Meter?

ME-61/GRC was built for AN/GRC-9 (and it's two variants, AN/VRC-34 and 
AN/GRC-87).  First appeared in TM 11-263 Change 3 dated 15 November 1960.  Nice 
little unit.  I have several, most of which seem to have FY 61 order dates (which 
at that time meant 01 July 1960 or later).
