[Milsurplus] Intereesting manpack item

Yep, the modern day Beachmaster.  :-)  The connectors puzzle me, though.  
They look like MILC 5015's, which I thought had gone out of favor 20-30 years 
ago.

And building it to run off of 48 VDC and requiring an adaptor to run off of 
24 VDC reminds me of the PE-97 and PE-117 mistake.  Except that they fixed that 
one pretty quickly with the PE-120.
