It's not a BC-324 but a BC-348.

On the other hand, I also have a BC-342 carcass in about the same condition
if anyone's interested.

I have a carcass of a BC-342 receiver that I'd like to either pass on or
bury. No front panel but the dial assembly is there. Lot of parts, some
tubes, transformers, etc. If anyone is interested, it's you're for the
shipping cost, probably about $20.
