Curious....  we know that K.D. Smith worked on Prox. Fuzes ( see =
www.smecc.org)  for Bell and NDRC but was going though some of his =
papers  ( I thought I had been through it all 12 years ago but.. missed =
this) big chart... cool things   but... does  anyone out there have more =
info on the tests at this mentioned location?
