[Milsurplus] SIGNAL GENERATOR TS-413A/U

I had a request for a manual on the TS-413A/U but don't even have the sig gen 
listed in my database.  Does anyone know whether it was part of a larger set, 
perhaps AN/URM-nn, AN/USM/nn, etc.?  Or if anyone has a manual and wants to 
sell it, I'll put you in touch with a customer (off list).
