How about making the Rebecca-Eureka list open to all sorts of 
non-communications military electronics (i.e. radar, sonar, ECM, 
navigation). I could see that being a good move, as these "lonely" 
subjects are a bit unpopular on the standard milsurplus list.

Otherwise, I would just say to stick with milsurplus.
