That definitely is a plus.
Of course, not all WW2 apparatus needs such a resource.
Here, in the USA at least, one can usually find paper technical
documentation to back one's radios, and most owners actually
prefer paper, and in most cases not much in the way of further
rare documentation on such has shown up.

The R-1155 has received posts on Milsurplus.
Probably not too many people are interested in the APN-1.
My thinking is that a more natural dividing line would be
WW2 radio and post WW2, or maybe from the beginning
thru the Korean War. Later 'Cold War' equipment is clearly
from a different generation, altho it uses the same type
components and modes.
