I can't ID this, but it does look like a seeker head, with the "STEERING 
ORDER" business. Is that round white disk thing some sort of antenna?

The thing has Western Electric written all over it (GS numbers), and the 
construction is similar to a bunch of M38 Nike junk I have around here.
