[Milsurplus] SRR-13 and capacitors...

Tonight I checked all the Sprague "Vitamin Q" paper capacitors in 
the IF module, and the audio module: all checked out to be 
excellent. No leakage as far as I my instrument can tell, and spot-
on for capacitance.

Still a lot of noise, but now the receiver is working on all bands, 
although somewhat poorly.

While working on the IF module, I found a broken wire which 
LOOKED like it was still soldered to its post, but was in fact not 
making contact at all. When I fixed that, I got all the A-3 mode 
settings back.

Took the RF Oscillator module out. Something in it appears to be 
loose. May be the tube.

The receiver is WAY out of alignment.
