[Milsurplus] Advice from the group requested...I'm in a quandry

Have several spares modules in which those capacitors are darkened under the
vinil tube likely as if they were leaking. Some are clearly leaking with
solder legs totally corroded. I Didn't check any of them but will change
those darkened before use it. Other when/if necessary.
