WA4KTQ Norry Farnell had the unit. Used is on ARMY MARS
back in the AM days. Not sure what transmitter he used
with it. Unfortunately I found no 96's or other "Large"
transmitters along with it in the barn .... Hi.

The CS-390 and 290 were used with transmitters other
than the 96 series. The T-4 and the Federal equivilent
of the 96C come to mind. Those control positions were
standard within the Air Force up until the late 50's.
Aeronautical Radio had a few. 73 Clete
