Get it. Don't hesitate.

I am not sure it is military either, BUT the state director for
AFMARS in Montana once received one via AFMARS, so I know
the military had access to them. He set his up and used it for
AFMARS long-haul traffic work. He died a number of years ago
and as far as I know the MW-2 is still in his storage area, along
with about two boxcar loads of other mil gear. His wife, still
living, is a real hard case to deal with on any of it too. I have
talked with her step-son and he says we are just going to have
to wait until she dies. In the meantime, the gear just sits there
and deteriorates. He has a T-350-XM too, and a couple of R-391s
among other things.

Dunno about historical, but Jack really liked his.

Heck, get it. You can always use it for trading stock if nothing
else.
BTW, any of you ever see an ENTIRE Wilcox 96-C set up?
