hi Ben ,

What specifically do you need apart from the CCT diagram ?

Some of the guys on this forum know heaps about the BC 191 and they helped 
me out with my BC 191 project last year .

I have copies of all the relevant manuals for the various applications 
including the SCR 193 etc.
