[Milsurplus] Design for a cheap 400Hz power supply

A well-known local R&D company used lots of McIntosh amps this way. Many modern
amps will not take long term use, because they are rated for music, not steady
state sine operation. There are plenty of surplus solid state frequency converters
available.

You may need a transformer.
