[Milsurplus] Refinishing front panels

I just picked up a RCA AR88 that I would like to refinish the front panel.
Does anyone know of a person who does this so I don't have to reinvent the
wheel?

Failing that, can someone tell me how to go about this locally in Denver?  I
think one has to have a full size Kodalith mask made and then take it to a
silkscreener who can lay the new screen onto a refinished front panel.  Am I
missing something?
