Like the An/MRC-117, which in 1975 or so was on a International Harvester
Crew cab, and around 77 or so they swapped
the truck with a Dodge crew cab.
Spent 3 yrs on a Nuke site in Germany with one of them and the fixed site was
3 frc-93's (KWM-2A's) in a special
radio console.
They later took the MRC-117 away and replaced it with a TRC-133A, which was a
deuce-n-half with the windowed shelter
with 5 Frc-93's, 2 which had ww2/50's tuning units feeding 2 whips on the
front, and dc power supplies. 3 positions with ac only
power supplies, 1 1kw pa and 5 sets of antenna gear to make field dipoles
antennas, and a 2 generator trailer with AC power.
