[Milsurplus] PRC-47 Power Supply Switching Transistors

I looked up the 2N2833 Transistor in the Motorola Semiconductor Handbook:
2N2833 PNP Germanium Vceo 75 vdc, Ic 20 amps.

A PNP Silicon is the 2N4399 Vceo 60 vdc, Ic 30 amps. High-Power PNP silicon
transistor for use in power amplifier and switching circuits: serves as
direct replacements for germanium high power devices. (Motorola Handbook)

The Mouser and Degi-Key catalogs did not show the 2N4399 or the 2N2833.
There should be other sources ??
