[Milsurplus] TBY Dial Lamps

Anyone know a source for the 2-volt bayonet lamps used in 
the TBY and TBY-2 radios?

Also- does anyone know the part numbers of 
and source for the mike jacks?  Look like AMP. type.
Both my radios have had them removed.
