[Milsurplus] Who was at Shelby?

Does anyone know who it was at the Shelby Hamfest
today selling a bunch of military comm gear?
He was set up in the overflow flea market area just outside
the back gate.
I was interested in one of the several PRC-6's he had,
but everytime I went by the guy watching the stuff 
for the owner didn't know how much anything was.

I even checked as I was driving out in the pouring rain
at 12:30PM and this time there was NO ONE there.

Any chance one of you guys knows who
it was?
