[Milsurplus] Email list preferences

I don't recommend it.
There are too many mil lists already, with the result that
the community is fractured, most have little or no traffic
and "cross-pollination" of information and ideas suffers.

Better to keep the traffic on fewer lists.  There are a few (very few)
people who gripe when you talk about something they don't personally
find interesting, but this happens everywhere in life.
Just ignore them here as you would anywhere and give the 
rest of us the benefit of the new insights.
