If you have the capability, it is easy to make a decal.  You must have a
scan of the artwork, a graphics program like Adobe PhotoShop, color printer
(ink jet) and some decal paper (yes they make decal paper).  Just scan the
artwork, bring it into PhotoShop or any other graphics program, then print
it on decal paper.  You would need a plastic or glass plate to put the decal
on but this way will work.  Be sure to spray the decal with the
waterproofing spray before soaking it!
