[Milsurplus] Project "Green Moon"

Hi All:  Have run out of places to look...Am trying to find people who were 
involved
in Project Green Moon (Pacific area 1955 era).  This was a USAFSS project 
that little
has ever been said about it.  Looking for radio operators who were at 
Midway during
the project.  Any help would be appreciated.
