From NAVSHIPS-900, 466-IB, the TCK-7 used 813s control grid modulated.  Other 
specs:
Frequency range -- 2000 - 18,100 KC
400 watts output CW
100 wats out on phone
weight -- 285 lbs
MG set -- 230 vdc in at 10 amps; 1800 vdc at 0.4 amp, 500 vdc at 0.35 amp and 
115 vdc at 1.5 amp out. Weight 345 lbs.

There was also an AC supply cabinet (CG-20219).

The Navy did love the 803 but aparently used other tubes too.
