[Milsurplus] Tuning unit BC-746-B

       Just found some tuning units in a box.  OD color, mfg by Gavin Mfg 
Corp, freq kc-30100,' serial no 527, order no 31816-PHILA-43, chan 1.
       Anyone know what they are used in?  Do they have any value?
       
       Also found some small cans still sealed with crystals dtd 5-51.
