[Milsurplus] connector ID

There are 75 ohm BNC's also that do not mate with 50 ohm types.Had me fooled once!

Be careful, tho, with two categories of connectors.

I have seen polarized BNC connectors that have the opposite
center conductors.  The normal BNC male has the male center
pin with the rotatable outer connector.  There are polarized
BNC connectors that would have the normal outer
rotating part of the connector but a female center conductor
connector.

Also, in better grade, perhaps the term might be precision
grade Type N connectors, they are made for either 75 ohms or
50 ohms impedance.  The center conductor pin and socket
are different sizes and in some cases, they may not mate
properly.
