[Milsurplus] Vibrator Switching Hashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I put a couple of big switching transistors in the vibrator
body for the TBY supply.  It's now an L-R multivibrator.
Makes nice volts, but lots of hash.
Not enough noise filtering in the circuit.
It's cramped in there- I'm thinking of putting the filtering
in the ground return at the vibrator socket, rather then trying
to filter the individual legs of the primary or each of 
the four voltage outputs.  Any thoughts?
