[Milsurplus] BC-1000 questions

Has anyone seen any photo of BC-1000 in actual use, where the
carrier was using the T-45/ HS-30 instead of the  phone? I have
not.

A BC-1000 with a rivited-on Navy property & number tag, where
would that have been used? I don't think the Marine Corps ones
actually  used in combat had this additional tag. I think my  2, with
this tag, came from  Sand Point NAS, btw.

Is anyone aware of, or seen, a successful retuning of the BC-1000
to  6 meters? If  so- is the modulation bandwidth reigned in, or
left as is?
