Todd,

You are correct!  I should have had my reading glasses on when I looked
at my SCR-274-N mounts, but the three small flat-head screws looked like
rivits initially to my poor eyes.

The AN/ARC-3 racks I have, however, hold the shock assembly on the frame
with one very large binder-head screw that is not flush with the bottom
of the frame.  The actual frame stamping appears to be identical to that
of the SCR-274 mounts.
