[Milsurplus] Antenna AB-719/VRC

groupies:
i have a couple/three of these antenna bases, marked AB-719/VRC; fairly
heavy duty base, spring loaded, BNC-type connector coming out the bottom
fiberglass mast (marked, but hard to read: AT-1096/VRC, R.A. Miller XX)
total length about 5�'.  they are hollow at the top, did an antenna ele-
ment slide into the top section?
1)what vehicles were these off of, typically?
2)what radios were they used w/? (VRC's, i am assuming)
3)value?  they look unissued, but have storage/handling marks
